These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Done 4 U Online website and any related services or products (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the organization. - Refund Policy; 2.1 30-Day Refund Policy; We offer a 30-day refund policy for website building services. If you are not satisfied with the results, you must email support@done4uonline.com within 30 days of the website delivery date to request a refund. We will reimburse the amount paid for building your website, minus a £20 administration fee. Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 days to complete.
- Site Management Fee
3.1 Monthly Fee and Payment; A monthly Site Management fee of £9.99 is applicable to maintain your website’s functionality and security. You are responsible for paying this fee promptly on a monthly basis. Failure to make payment or a lapse in payment will result in the following actions:
3.2 Payment Reminder; If your payment is not received on time, we will send you an email reminder asking for payment.
3.3 Website Suspension; If your payment remains unpaid for 30 days from the original due date, we reserve the right to suspend your website and temporarily remove it from public access until the outstanding payment is settled.
4. Website Downtime
4.1 Reporting Downtime; If your website experiences downtime, you must contact support@done4uonline.com to report the issue.
4.2 Eligibility for Refund; If your website is down for 48 hours or more due to technical issues on our end, you may be entitled to a refund of your monthly Site Management fee, up to a maximum of £9.99. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Prohibited Content
5.1 Compliance with Laws and Standards; You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Furthermore, you agree not to publish, host, or distribute content on your website that involves illegal goods, exploitation of children, or promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other form of discrimination.
5.2 Website Suspension and Reporting; Any violation of the aforementioned prohibited content will result in the immediate removal and suspension of your website. We reserve the right to report such violations to the appropriate authorities. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties; The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Done 4 U Online makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2 Limitation of Liability; In no event shall Done 4 U Online be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
7. Governing Law; These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to the Terms; Done 4 U Online reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Severability; If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Content Writing
10.1. Single Pieces of Content: Payment for single pieces of content must be made in advance before any writing work will commence.
10.2. Monthly Content Subscriptions: For monthly content subscriptions, payment must be made before any writing work will commence.
10.3. Cancellation of Monthly Content Subscriptions: Monthly content subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. To cancel, please contact support@done4uonline.com.
